We have a holding period of 35 days for the data following the later of the final photos being delivered and correspondence ending. The data is deleted after that time unless a further package is bought or the holding period is extended.
You retain full ownership of the original and edited photos.
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure which complies with industry-leading security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001. All data is processed and stored in
the UK and the EEA to ensure compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
All applicable data protection and privacy regulations are followed.
Your data is deleted 35 days after your final photos have been delivered and correspondence ends.
